Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Joe is a lifelong LSU fan who built a fitness-focused life in Phoenix as a CrossFit gym owner, weightlifter, and national kettlebell champion. For the past eight years, he’s proudly been part of the Phoenix Villains, drawn by its brotherhood and passion for bringing people together.
